Shipping and Returns
Ordered goods will only be delivered after payment into the bank account of Studio Woot Woot.
Delivery Costs < 3kg
Worldwide : €25
Delivery of orders worth €200 or more are free in Belgium and Holland.
Delivery Costs > 3kg - 10kg
We do our very best to deliver the products after purchase within a period of 5 working days.
If this is not possible (for example if the product is out of stock) the buyer will be informed by mail within 24 hours. Without response the client agrees with a delivery time of 30 working days.
As soon as the goods have been dispatched we will send you an e-mail.
The courier of bpost or the postal service of the country u ordered from will present the package and ask you to sign for receipt. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note (looking like a registered mail note) in your mailbox with which you can collect your package at the nearest post office. The package will be held at the post office for two weeks, before it is returned to Studio Woot Woot.
The estimated delivery times quoted by Studio Woot Woot are merely an indication. They are not binding. Delay in delivery cannot constitute a motive for cancelling an order or claiming compensation by the Buyer, unless the delay was deliberate. Unless differently stated, transport and delivery costs are not included in the price of the product. Transport and delivery costs will be mentioned separately.
You have the right to return your package without motivation within seven (7) days after delivery. Returned goods are only accepted when:
1. the packaging is undamaged and we receive the product in its original state.
2. you have e-mailed the order number of the product and your ordering data to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. you have paid the costs for returning the product.
If all the above conditions have been met, you will be reimbursed immediately.
Goods can be returned to: Studio Woot Woot, Serpentstraat 28, 9000 Gent.
Goods are returned at your own risk. We advise you to make use of the system of “assured delivery”, which means that the signature of the recipent is required at the delivery of the package. This can easily be arranged at the post office.
Instead of being reimbursed you can opt for a credit voucher of the amount due increased by 5 €. You will then receive a discount code which you can use when you place your next order.
If exceptionally the regular delivery time has been exceeded, you can contact Studio Woot Woot by e-mail and we will trace the package for you.
If the package has got lost or damaged during transport, it will be dispatched for a second time. The delivery time remains unchanged.
Studio Woot Woot cannot be held liable if by force majeure (e.g. bpost on strike) it is unable to deliver the goods in time.
In such cases Studio Woot Woot will try its utmost to get the package delivered in time.
Since Studio Woot Woot handles orders with the utmost care, the products are supposed to be in perfect condition when delivered.
Only the Buyer is liable for incorrect delivery addresses. Supplying a wrong delivery address may cause extra costs.
